What began as necessity has grown into a vertically integrated property management company serving owners across the Black Hills region. We’re not flashy.
We’re not corporate. We’re the “millionaire next door” type—grounded, straightforward, and serious about performance.
Behind our mountain logo is a German Shepherd named Bear—Nathan’s late companion—who stood for loyalty, grit, and protection. That’s the standard we built this company on.
